CUSHMAN & Wakefield have expanded their new commercial real estate team in Adelaide, appointing a new senior executive of investment sales in Sam Alexander.
Alexander has six years of experience in the real estate industry, having represented both private and corporate clients across metropolitan South Australia, in an advisory, purchase and sales capacity.
“Cushman & Wakefield is committed to growing its commercial agency presence in Adelaide through the hiring of high calibre personnel, and we are very pleased to welcome Sam Alexander to the team,” said Jed Harley, director of capital markets, SA at Cushman & Wakefield.
Alexander entered commercial real estate in January of last year, having previously worked at Klemich Real Estate.
Alexander was also name the 2018 Rising Star by the Society of Auctioneers and Appraisers.
“Sam will be focussed on driving Cushman & Wakefield’s market share in the metropolitan space and is a fantastic addition to the office. We look forward to being part of Sam’s continued success,” concluded Harley.
While throughout the previous month the group hired new client solutions lead for its Asia Pacific global occupier services business, Shankar Narayanasamy and appointed their own Damian Kells to head of integrated facilities management for the Asia Pacific region.
