JLL has expanded its Canberra valuation advisory team with the appointment of Tim Heaton, in the newly created role of head of corporate and institutional valuations – Canberra.
Heaton has more than 10 years’ experience in the industry and joins JLL from CBRE, where he focused on a banking, private, government and institutional client base in Canberra and the surrounding markets.
“Tim is highly regarded in the local market and his deep and long-standing relationships with banks, local and foreign institutions, developers and Government will be extremely valuable to JLL’s clients,” JLL’s managing director – ACT, Tim Mutton said.
Heaton will work alongside Ian Robertson and the existing leadership team.
JLL’s head of valuation advisory – Asia Pacific, John Talbot said, “With over ten years of experience across all major property asset classes, Tim is uniquely placed to leverage his experience to increase our advisory service offerings in Canberra”.
