CUSHMAN & Wakefield have found a new client solutions lead for its Asia Pacific global occupier services (GOS) business in Shankar Narayanasamy.
Narayanasamy will bring more than 18 years of experience in corporate real estate and facilities management to the role, having worked in operational, commercial, delivery and solutioning capacities in integrated real estate solutions.
Throughout his career Narayanasamy has delivered solutions for large enterprise clients, including in his time at Sodexo and Johnson Controls.
In his new role, Narayanasamy will lead Cushman & Wakefield’s solution & commercial managers and analysts at the Asia Pacific GOS business, delivering solutions to client requirements.

The role will also include developing solution propositions, commercial modelling, operating budgets, staffing models, and labour costs for outsourcing.

Narayanasamy commenced in the role effective 9 May 2020, working out of Singapore and with local businesses and sales teams.

The appointment follows that of Damian Kells to head of integrated facilities management for the Asia Pacific region.
