THE Avanti Group has appointed Matthew Haney as director of the Gold Coast-based group’s project and development management business.
Coming from a long line of property professionals, Haney has been with Avanti for three and a half years, managing projects including Zinc Apartments in Kirra, Belvedere Apartments in Main Beach and David Jones Carindale.
Prior to joining Avanti, he managed projects at the Star Casino in Broadbeach and prior to that he spent time in the United States managing various projects.
“I like to see the progress of a project from the idea through to completion and to be able to help shape that idea. It gives me a great deal of pleasure,” he said.
Avanti’s project and development management is supported by a team of senior project management professionals, as well as the Avanti Group marketing, finance and administration teams.
