CUSHMAN & Wakefield have appointed their own Damian Kells to head of integrated facilities management for the Asia Pacific region.
Kells was promoted to the position after 25 years in corporate real estate and facilities management and having joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2019. In his three years with the group, Kells, led the operations of the firm’s facilities and workplaces services program and the project management of commercial operations.
Kells will be based in Singapore and will report to Cameron Ahrens, head of global occupier services (GOS), Asia Pacific at Cushman & Wakefield. Kells will also join the GOS Asia Pacific leadership team.

In his new position Kells will head up the IFM business, creating an industry leading differentiated model and leveraging global best practices to enrich service delivery for clients in the region.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Kells held senior leadership positions at CBRE and JLL and has throughout his career managed diverse teams across the Asia Pacific region and worked with both international and domestic clients.
