FRASERS Property Australia’s Cameron Jackson has been appointed as the group’s general manager of development, NSW.
Effective 2 May, Jackson will lead the established NSW development team, after more than two decades at Frasers Property, where he has a proven extensive record of successfully progressing complex, mixed-use developments.
“Cameron’s strong experience across design and delivery, will ensure our New South Wales developments continue to deliver high-quality outcomes for our customers and communities,” said Cameron Leggatt, executive general manager of development at Frasers Property Australia.
Throughout his tenure at Frasers, Jackson has been involved in numerous major projects including Fairwater at Blacktown, Tailor’s Walk at Botany and Midtown MacPark.
Jackson is stepping into the position vacated by Nigel Edgar who was in the job for 12 years and is now moving into a new general manager of national development role.
“After 24 years with Frasers Property, Cameron has played an instrumental role on some of our most successful projects and I’m excited to be working with him as we look to further grow the business which Nigel has so successfully nurtured,” added Leggatt.
Jackson’s is the result of an extensive hiring process that looked to both internal and external applicants.
“We have a strong pipeline of large scale, high-quality, mixed-use projects currently underway that will serve as great examples of the strong communities Frasers Property creates,” said Jackson.
