TYRA D’Sylva has been appointed as executive for office leasing at JLL’s growing WA business, expanding the group’s presence in the Perth, West Perth and CBD fringe markets.
D’Sylva has been at JLL since 2020 in a dual role as executive assistant for JLL’s property and asset management and executive assistant to JLL WA managing director Angelo Amara.
“We are delighted to welcome Tyra to the office leasing team, as we strive to ensure our clients continue to receive the best results,” said Nick Van Helden, head of office leasing at JLL.
The appointment follows that of JLL’s NSW head of CBD office leasing to head of the whole NSW office leasing division, earlier this month.
“Tyra has established herself within the industry. She upholds the highest standards of professionalism, has strong attention to detail and consistently delivers exceptional service to clients in our Property and Asset Management Department. We look forward to seeing her grow in this next phase of her career.
In transitioning into her new role as leasing executive in the WA office leasing team, D’Sylva will focus on the Perth CBD and West Perth regions.
“The vacancy within office leasing presented an ideal opportunity for me to make this transition. The team has significant experience and I am looking forward to learning from some of the best in the industry,” said D’Sylva.
April has also seen JLL appoint Mark Silva to head of its NSW industrial and logistics team and Dan Kernaghan to CEO of JLL’s Australian and New Zealand business, following Stephen Conry’s January retirement after 40 years with the group.
