COLLIERS continues to expand its new Western Australian office with the appointments of several property professionals across a range of sectors.
Antonio Trimboli has been appointed as associate director the office leasing team, bringing more than seven years’ experience in the Perth commercial real estate market. He joins Colliers from JLL.
Trimboli was involved in recent repositioning campaigns at 1 Walker Avenue and 7 Rheola Street in West Perth that led to eight deals totaling circa 3,000 sqm being brokered over a period of seven months and both properties hitting full occupancy.
Jennifer Wong returns to Colliers to the position of director of valuations and advisory, after almost 14 years working with the former Colliers WA franchise office alongside Dean Johnston and Zane Gil.
Wong has experience in the Perth market across the office, industrial and residential development sectors, providing valuation and strategic advisory services to property trusts, financial institutions, developers, syndicates, private investors and state government agencies.
Also joining from Colliers’ former franchise office is Ian Burrows, who has been appointed as director, facilities management.
In January, Colliers appointed Richard Cash as state chief executive in Western Australia, one of a number of new appointments made at the firm’s first company-owned office in the state.
