TECHNICAL due diligence specialists CDC Property Consultancy has commenced business operations in Melbourne and Sydney.
Bruce Corrin has joined after jointly building and co-owning SGA Property Consultancy which grew to a 70 across seven international offices then was acquired by KPMG Australia. Following the acquisition, Bruce was a Partner with KPMG SGA for seven years.
Corrin has over 30 years industry experience gained in the UK, New Zealand and Australia and has been actively involved with technical, environmental and property risk instructions since commencing work in Australia in 2001.
“I’m driven to achieve great commercial outcomes for my clients, and look forward to building a new era where CDC becomes synonymous with tech DD,” Corrin said.
Bruce will lead the Melbourne team.
The Sydney team will be led by Billy Dawes, who has also joined after four years as a director at KPMG SGA.
He has over 15 years industry experience working on consultancy instructions, commercial property transactions, portfolio capex planning and various property development roles across Australia, Asia Pacific and the UK.
