NEW real estate group X Commercial has appointed two new sales and leasing experts in Jennifer Hampton and Tina Simek.

The pair, who have more than 40 years com
bined experience, joined X Commercial as directors of sales and leasing from LJ Hooker Commercial where they worked in the North Sydney commercial sales and leasing team.
“We joined X Commercial because we were really impressed with the excellent marketing, branding and quality business lines within X Commercial. It is quite incredible all the services they can offer to our clients,” said Simek.
Launching in July 2021, X Commercial has so far closed more than 380 property deals over the months.

X Commercial operates from four metropolitan locations across Sydney and employees 25 sales and leasing agents, with more than 1,400 commercial properties under management.
