CBRE has appointed former Mooloolaba local Jack McCormack to a manager role in the company’s Sunshine Coast industrial and logistics leasing team.
McCormack joins CBRE from Colliers, which he joined in 2018 and has been an industrial sales and leasing executive based in Brisbane, following accountancy roles with Prosperity Advisors and Mobbs and Company.

His strong background in commercial real estate and accounting qualifications will ensure CBRE continues to provide the highest level of service, expertise and support to our clients,” CBRE Sunshine Coast managing director Rem Rafter said.
McCormack will take the role manager, advisory and transaction services, industrial and logistics.
