KNIGHT Frank has made two new appointments to its growing occupier strategy and solutions team (OSS).
Andrea Brown has been promoted to partner, national head of client Solutions, OSS, while Mark Blinco has come on board with Knight Frank to fill Brown’s former role of partner, national head of project management.
Brown has over 20 years’ experience in real estate and has been with Knight Frank for more than a decade after working for DTZ. She will with Knight Frank’s Asia Pacific and Global OSS teams.
“I will be able to utilise my deep technical knowledge and end-to-end understanding of commercial real estate to support building owners and corporate occupiers across all markets in our region to form and set strategies,” Brown said.

Blinco also has more than 20 years’ experience in real estate, consulting, property development and project management, having worked across all major asset classes including industrial and logistics, commercial, retail, data centres and corporate real estate. He has held senior project management positions at Cushman & Wakefield, Colliers and Coffey Projects, and worked with clients including Adobe, Mastercard, George Weston Foods and BHP
