COLLIERS Residential Victoria has been appointed by Lendlease as the agent for its Melbourne Quarter East Tower, the largest apartment tower developed and constructed by the global property giant.
Located at 628 Flinders Street in Docklands, within Lendlease’s $3 billion Melbourne Quarter precinct, the 40-storey tower is designed by Fender Katsalidis, and developed by a joint venture of Lendlease and Mitsubishi Estate Asia.
The tower was completed in 2020 and will be home to 719 one, two and three-bedroom apartments located next to Southern Cross Station.
