MICHAEL Leech has been appointed as managing director of valuation firm m3property’s Adelaide office, effective immediately.
Leech will also be continuing with his existing responsibilities as director in the litigation and acquisition projects team located in Melbourne.
Chief executive, David Martin, said that since joining m3property in 2016, Leech had established himself as a competent leader within the organisation, demonstrating a strong desire to learn and contribute to the team’s performance.
He is also an active member of the Australian Property Institute (API), leading the Young Property Professionals network for three years and subsequently elected to the API board in 2018, where he remains a current board member.
Leech has extensive experience in advising private and government clients in respect of compulsory acquisition matters, rating and taxation issues, rental assessments and asset valuations throughout metropolitan and regional Victoria.
He relocated from Melbourne to Adelaide in December last year, where he has been actively involved in the recent relocation to the new office.
