HERRON Todd White has appointed Bill Hinz to the role of director, quality and training for commercial across NSW, ACT, Tasmania and Victoria.
Bill has spent the last 11 years as head of Suncorp Bank’s Property Risk team where he managed Suncorp’s national commercial and development valuation panel, assessed property risks for new and existing transactions among a range of other managerial and leadership duties.
Prior to that he provided property finance and funds management services at Investment Management Australia, and also spent eight years as property risk manager at Westpac.
“Herron Todd White is highly respected as a professional market leader in property valuation and are known in the industry for its good people, so I can’t wait to get my feet under the desk and bring what I’ve learnt in the industry over the last 30-odd years in a way that helps the company continue its already impressive growth,” Hinz said.
