ANGUS Shaw is leaving Herron Todd White to lead CBRE’S agribusiness valuation and advisory services team in Australia’s south eastern states.
Shaw has spent 14 years at Herron Todd White, where he also served on the HTW (SERA) board and the national rural leadership group board.
CBRE’s national director of agribusiness valuation and advisory services Simon Altschwager said Shaw brought extensive valuations and leadership experience, which would further enhance CBRE’s client service offering.
“Angus has significant experience across a broad range of assets, including dryland cropping and grazing, irrigation, poultry, piggeries, forestry and dairy,” he said.
Shaw’s most current role current role has involved managing a team of 16 valuers across regional Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania and parts of southern New South Wales.
“We’re delighted to have Angus join the team as the agribusiness sector continues to strengthen, underpinned by continued low interest rates, strong commodity prices, favourable seasonal conditions and a limited supply of available stock,” Altschwager said.
Shaw will commence his CBRE director role on January 17 and will be based in Victoria.
