COLLIERS has appointed Tom Reed to the role of director – valuation and advisory services, based out of the Adelaide office.
He will work alongside national director – valuation and advisory services, Tanya Parker and the wider team.
Reed 20 years’ experience includes roles at JLL and the Office of the Valuer General as a supervising valuer and appearing as an expert witness. He also spent over two years as a director at Jadelink, working as an ambassador to help Australian and Chinese businesses network and communicate effectively, and has spent time as a commercial valuer at Herron Todd White and the Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure.
Most recently, he established his own business developing automated valuation, risk and sustainability models for the finance and insurance sectors, while he also tutors the commercial property valuation course at the University of South Australia
