CBRE has added to its Melbourne office leasing business, appointing Leah McConville to the group’s advisory & transaction services office leasing team.
McConville will bring 15 years of commercial property experience to the position, having worked at Fitzroys, United Group Services, Colliers International, Ossa Services and Cushman and Wakefield.
“Leah’s broad history will bring a unique perspective to transactions with a focus on driving exceptional results for our clients in the CBD, Docklands and Southbank markets,” said Ash Buller, head of office leasing Victoria at CBRE.
McConville also spent four years at THINK Global Research, a full service market research agency, where she focused on quantitative and qualitive research.

McConville is scheduled to commence with CBRE from 1 October.
Within the last week, CBRE announced a new regional director of workplace strategy and change management in Janet Martin, while also making several appointments over the last few weeks including Steve Carroll and David Ling to senior positions on its Asia Pacific Hotels & Hospitality team, Su-Fern Tan to lead the group’s national sustainability team
