PROPERTY leasing veteran Christina Malcolm has been appointed as leasing director across AMP Capital’s office and logistics real estate team.
Malcolm has over 25 years’ experience in the property sector and was most recently director office leasing at Savills, and prior to that held senior roles at CBRE and JLL.
“Christina joins us with a wealth of experience in the leasing business and her customer-first mindset, energised approach and collaborative leadership style will help ensure AMP Capital continues to attract and retain quality tenants across our portfolio of assets delivering for our investors and clients,” Kylie O’Connor, AMP Capital’s head of real estate said.
AMP Capital’s office and logistics real estate team is responsible for a number of assets including Quay Quarter Tower, 33 Alfred Street and Collins Place, which are key assets in AMP Capital’s Wholesale Office Fund (AWOF).
Malcolm has won multiple awards throughout her career and has experienced several market cycles in Australia and the United Kingdom.
She will join AMP Capital in November 2021.
