GEORGINA Clothier has been appointed as national director of Colliers’ South Australia-based Real Estate Management Services business.
With nearly 20 years of experience in the property industry, Clothier will head up the business from its office in the Adelaide CBD.
Georgina is an expert in strategic contractor management across portfolios, and has been integral in some of South Australia’s major retail developments, including Harbour Town, Adelaide’s premium outlet complex featuring over 130 outlet stores,” said Denis Coupland, managing director of Real Estate Management Services at Colliers.
Clothier’s most recent position was as director of property & asset management for JLL, also in South Australia, after spending a decade at Savills focusing on retail and driving leasing strategies, operations and financial management for major retail centres across metropolitan and regional SA and the Northern Territory.
“We are excited to have an enterprising property expert of Georgina’s calibre lead our South Australian REMS business,” added Coupland.
