PIP Doogan has been appointed as CBRE’s head of occupier services in Canberra, as the group continues to grow its tenant representation business.
Doogan offers 18 years of experience in Canberra’s property market, including as national leasing manager for Evolve Fm, where she was responsible for 23 government entities.
The appointment also marks CBRE’s commitment to expanding its government service offering, with Doogan having extensive relationships with the federal government, after time at Evolve FM, which is a property service provider to the commonwealth government.
“Pip has a wealth of expertise gained from her time at Evolve FM, Savills, the Suburban Land Agency and Knight Frank and was the ideal candidate for this new role to ensure we’re providing the optimum service and support for our occupier clients,” said Zoe Ferrari, managing director for CBRE, ACT.
Doogan will commence at CBRE on 1 September 2021.
CBRE recently made three major promotions in its retail asset management team, while also tripling the size of its Adelaide valuations and advisory services team in less than three months and appointing a new associate director to its Brisbane capital markets office division.
