JAMES Ruben has been appointed as m3property’s national director of special use, its division covering service stations, childcare centres, hotels, boarding houses and other accommodation assets.
Since joining m3property’s Sydney office in 2019, he has experience in the special use sector with assets spanning NSW, ACT and Queensland,
Ruben became qualified as a valuer and admitted as an associate of the Australian Property Institute in 2007 and a member of the valuers chapter of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in 2018.
m3property CEO, David Martin said James’ appointment was well-deserved with him being an integral part of the growth of the business having contributed to the valuation of numerous landmark special use properties over the years.
