WITH the pandemic bringing workplace solutions to the front of mind, Nick Moore is joining JLL’s national business as the new head of sales for work dynamics, Australasia.
Moore will join the global real estate services firm JLL, bringing over 10 years of experience in leadership roles in industry, across private, listed and multinational companies.
“Nick’s experience in workplace solutions will contribute greatly to JLL’s strategic work advising companies on how to navigate the ‘next normal’ as a result of the pandemic, to deliver workplaces of the future that meet the current expectations of office workers,” said Ben Tindale, managing director of accounts, work dynamics at JLL Australasia.
Moore will bring utilise his expertise as an IFM industry expert to the role, after working in workplace solutions, facilities management and project delivery services to a varied array of clients.
“Many organisations are reviewing their vision for hybrid working styles for their employees – to include work from the office, from home and a third space that could be closer to where they live,” added Tindale.
Currently, Moore is serving as the chair of the NSW branch of the facility management association.

As too is the responsibility of driving growth and contributing to the overall future direction of the JLL business in Australasia,” said Moore.
JLL has made a number of appointments over recent months, including adding a new director of tenant representation in Matt Lutman to their WA team, as well as poaching three Savills agents to take up senior roles within its Victoria-based capital markets team, appointing Nick Peden and Jesse Radisich to directors and Mark Stafford as a senior executive.
