BRAD De Vincentis has been appointed as Mainbrace Constructions new Victoria state manager.
De Vincentis will join Mainbrace from Harris HMC, having worked in both construction management and operational positions after more than 30 years in the industry, including time spent at Built.
“Mainbrace has a reputation for taking a client-centric approach, innovating to generate better outcomes for clients, and safely delivering complex projects in live operating environments. I’m looking forward to bringing the transferable experience I’ve gained through different projects across Victoria to what is already a strong team,” said De Vincentis.
In his new role, De Vincentis will oversee operational aspects of Mainbrace’s Victorian business, maintaining and growing its customer and stakeholder relationships.
“As the economy recovers, it’s increasingly important to collaborate closely with clients to understand how we can add the most value. This is how we’ll create projects which enable our clients to survive and thrive now and into the future,”
De VIncentis contributed to the successful completion of many high-profile projects including refurbishments at the Melbourne Airport, Flinders Street Station, Palais Theatre,
Southern Cross Station and the State Library of Victoria.
“We are currently progressing a strong pipeline of projects in the state for Charter Hall, Salta and McDonalds as well as multiple supermarket builds and refurbishments. These projects will absolutely benefit from Brad’s experience and construction management capabilities,” said Rob Doust, managing director at Mainbrace.
While in March the construction company appointed a new ECI manager in John Brunette.
