JLL appoints new WA director

JLL WA has appointed a new director of tenant representation in Matt Lutman.

Lutman spent the last 14 years at Mirvac, where he worked in portfolio and asset management roles, before which he performed in strategic advisory and transaction services roles on behalf of corporations, including CBA.

Lutman will join Andrew Campbell and Nat Lucev in JLL’s Perth office, bringing the required experience to grow JLL’s increasingly in demand tenant representation business, as occupiers seek to recalibrate their footprint in the current market environment.

“We are delighted that Matt has joined the team. I have known Matt for over 20 years, and his expertise in negotiating large and complex transactions will be extremely valuable to JLL’s clients,” said Andrew Campbell, head of tenant representation, WA.

JLL recently poached three Savills agents to take up senior roles within its Victoria-based capital markets team, appointing Nick Peden and Jesse Radisich to directors and Mark Stafford as a senior executive.

While also recently appointing Jock Grimshaw as executive of its agribusiness team in Melbourne, to focus on campaigns across southern markets including Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia.
