Australian real estate fund manager, Altis Property Partners has appointed director James King to its Sydney office to support its real estate investment strategies and capital raising initiatives.
King will be responsible for the key functions of capital raising, investor relations, and product development across the Altis platform.
He joins from Qualitas, where he held the role of director – head of investor relations where he serviced global institutional investors, private wealth groups, and family offices, and has 15 years’ experience in global and domestic markets including equity and debt investment management and capital roles in Australia, Asia, and the Middle East.
“James has terrific experience and is a well-regarded individual within the institutional, wealth advisory, and high net worth real estate investor space. We are thrilled to have him join the Altis team as we execute on our various growth initiatives,” Altis’s executive director investment management, Paul Notaras said.
King said, “I have always admired Altis’ market-leading thematic and value-add approach, so I am looking forward to working with the team to tailor funds, client mandates and transactions to our capital partner’s needs”.
