ASIA Pacific business transformation consultancy TMX has appointed former Colliers national director Stefanie Frawley to lead the firm’s new portfolio management services.
Frawley will be based in Melbourne and assume the title of director of property. She will work alongside Justin Fried, executive director of property, and recent recruit Michael Simpson, property portfolio consultant who has joined from listed diversified developer Mirvac.
Frawley previously national director of occupier services at Colliers.

“With Stefanie’s extensive career in industrial property across the country with large multinational businesses, she will be able to provide strategic advice and services to our clients to optimise their property portfolios.
TMX has a 160-person team and 15-person strong property team across the Asia-Pacific region.
Frawley brings over 20 years of industrial property experience for occupiers, having managed property portfolios for major national and global businesses, including CEVA Logistics, One Steel, Orora, Amcor, Opal and Cummins.
