INDEPENDENT property valuation and advisory firm m3property has appointed Catherine Leahy to the board as a new independent non-executive director.
Leahy brings over 35 years of experience as a chartered accountant, was a former KPMG partner and brings with her expertise in audit, finance, risk and compliance.
Leahy is currently on the board of Mutual Trust, a privately owned financial services firm and formerly sat on other boards as a non-executive director, including Housing First and other not-for-profit organisations.

Over the past month, m3property has appointed Claire Hains as the new director of the firm’s Melbourne residential development team, Michael Cloverdale as new managing director of its Brisbane office, amongst several promotions within the company.
Leahy is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia.

Leahy will be commencing with the in July and will chair the finance and risk committee.
