PWC Australia’s Integrated Infrastructure team has welcomed several infrastructure experts as new partners, including real estate professionals and a commercial property valuer.
The eight partner admissions include one partner who has joined the firm and seven internal promotions. The Integrated Infrastructure team was unveiled earlier this year to bring PwC Australia specialists from across the firm’s key business areas to provide support for complex projects from the feasibility stage through to delivery. PwC has now added 16 partners to the team over the past year.
Newly-promoted partner Amber Stevens has supported clients with significant infrastructure and mixed-use developments in 32 cities throughout 20 countries and is currently working on urban renewal precincts and a national health research facility.
Real estate expert David McDougall joins the partnership having worked on a range of key precincts and social infrastructure assets across Victoria, including Arden, Melbourne Arts Precinct, Fed Square and Parkville, and a number of high-profile transactions including Docklands Media Precinct, Macquarie Point and a range of social infrastructure assets.
Commercial property valuer Rachel Smith joins the partnership with over 15 years’ experience across New Zealand and Australia. She is a registered valuer in Queensland and Western Australia.
Christiana Gurgick, a global cities and infrastructure expert, also joins the partnership after joining the firm in 2018. She has used her experience being involved with developing strategic investment cases for the largest cities and infrastructure investments across Australia and the UK to advise on notable infrastructure programs in Australia.
