CLAIRE Hains has been appointed the new director of m3property’s Melbourne residential development team, as the group makes several promotions within the company.
Commencing at the end of June, Hains will come to m3property after spending the last 12 years at JLL, working primarily on built for residential development valuations.
In her role at JLL, Hains played a part in a the valuation of a number of major developments across Melbourne.
Hains’ will bring her experience with providing clients, such as major banks and developments, with advice, as well as her expertise in cover valuation across residential, mixed use, boutique apartment and townhouse and high rise apartment developments.
Hains is also a member of committees such as the Australian Property Institute and Urban Land Institute, as well as various leadership programs.
“Her appointment is part of the continued expansion of our residential development team,” said Luana Kenny, managing director of m3property.
The appointment coincides with 10 promotions across the company, including four promotions to director.
The new director appointments include Stephen Linnane, who will head up residential development, Kate Elkington in rating & taxation, Matthew Webb in industrial and Michael Leech in litigation & acquisition.
The additional six promotions include the promotion of Nicholas Dreyer to associate director of retail, Brian Goh to associate director of residential development and John Rasaku as associate director of industrial.
