INDEPENDENT property valuation and advisory firm m3property has appointed Michael Coverdale as the new managing director of the Brisbane office.
Coverdale will take over from Ross Perkins who has decided to step aside after being in the top position for the past 14 years and will remain a director.
Coverdale has been working with m3property for the past seven years, providing valuation services as a director in the Commercial sector, whilst also contributing to the broader business as a member of the national leadership team.
m3property CEO David Martin thanked Perkins for his significant contribution in building the Brisbane office and welcomed his ongoing role as a director within the business and his position on the national board.
“Michael brings to the role a wealth of experience and expertise, combined with his strong leadership abilities and extensive exposure to our business and clients.” Martin said.
