KORDAMENTHA has recruited former Cadence Property Group pair Nick Crockett and Tom Korda to its real estate division.
Crockett joins as executive director, with 15 years’ experience with global transactions spanning Australia, Asia, Europe and the United States. He has held several senior roles in Australia and Singapore, most recently as head of capital for Cadence Property Group, and has experience in sourcing, closing and managing different capital strategies, including asset-based structures, programmatic ventures and commingled funds.
His roles have also included responsible manager for a wholesale Australian Financial Services Licensee, and similar roles with the Monetary Authority of Singapore and the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong.
Tom Korda joins the firm as a director following over 10 years’ experience in asset management and transaction management, including roles with Cadence Property Group and Quintessential Equity.
He has assisted clients with all facets of asset management from due diligence to exit, including transacting properties, formulating and maintaining asset strategies, and managing leasing, valuations, cash flows and property teams. He transacted $100 million of investment and development properties in the 12 months leading up to his commencement at KordaMentha.
