CBRE has strengthened its Brisbane capital markets office division with the appointment of Adelaide O’Brien as an associate director.
O’Brien worked as part of the Capital Markets business in Queensland during a four-year tenure with CBRE, which concluded in January last year.
She has returned to Australia after spending the past year working in London as an investment analyst with M7 Real Estate.
“Adelaide is well-known and respected not only within our Queensland business, but also the broader Brisbane office market,” said Bruce Baker, senior managing director, Queensland.
“Her return to Australia and CBRE strengthens our market-leading capital markets – office platform in Brisbane at a time when investor activity continues to increase.” Baker concluded.
