ASX-listed agribusiness Elders has appointed NAB’s former business and private banking chief financial officer Tania Foster as its CFO.
Foster joins Elders after ten years at the major lender, where she was also CFO for corporate and institutional banking.
Before joining NAB, she also held roles with ANZ and BHP.
Foster grew up on a sheep and cattle property at Casterton and remains actively involved in the management of rural properties.
Elders CEO, Mark Allison said Foster’s “deep experience in finance, the financial services sector and her understanding of farming is highly complementary to Elders”.
Foster will begin in the role from the end of this month. She succeeds Richard Davey who will retire from Elders by the end of June.
