WORKPLACE and commercial interior design expert Unispace has continued the regeneration of its senior line-up, appointing industry veteran John Forrest as global board advisor.
The Forrest has had a 27-year career with JLL, where he led commercial real estate service businesses serving Fortune 500 companies, and served as global corporate solutions CEO, a role that charged him with leadership of the business in 80 countries with 35,000 employees.
“Unispace has experienced a decade of strong organic growth, bringing a unique consultative approach and global perspective to the industry. During the pandemic, and coming out the other side, they have an incredibly valuable offering,” Forrest said.
His appointment follows that of Steve Quick as global CEO and Michael Casolo as global chief revenue officer in September last year, and the company’s $300 million-plus acquisition by multinational private equity firm PAG that was completed earlier this year.
It is eyeing off expansion into Asia and Europe, having established itself in Australia and New Zealand, the UK and US.
“With John on board, in addition to other senior appointments we’ve made over the last six months, we are well-positioned to meet the needs of our clients’ business transformation goals in a post-COVID work environment,” Quick said.
