SAVILLS has added two agents to its growing Melbourne industrial and logistics team.
Colin Tarlamis has been appointed as a director based out of the Notting Hill office and will focus on the south east Melbourne market.
Daniel De Sanctis has been appointed as a manager and will work on the northern industrial precinct.
Tarlamis has over 15 years’ experience and specialises in industrial land sales, pre-lease, general agency as well as residential project marketing and estate sales.
De Sanctis has over 13 years’ experience and specialises in sales and leasing transactions.
Savills’ Victoria director of I&L Brad Esler said these are timely appointments as the demand for Industrial assets continues to heat up across the state.
