GERMANY’S Real I.S. AG has appointed Michael Wecke as a director of its subsidiary in Australia.
Wecke brings 20 years’ experience in Germany and Australia and he will replace Maximilian Kube, who will return to Germany.
“We are pleased to welcome Maximilian Kube back to Germany, with new responsibilities after his successful assignment abroad. Michael Wecke will also be a competent and experienced new director for our Sydney subsidiary. The current travel restrictions have shown us how important it is to have expert resources on the ground to make the best possible decisions,” said Jochen Schenk, chairperson.
The new appointment comes as the German fund manager set a record four months ago, after spending $97 million on a Surry Hills office building.
