SAVILLS has expanded its national hotels team with the appointments of Nick Lower and Selin Ince.
Lower has been appointed as state director, hotels NSW/VIC and Ince as senior executive, hotels NSW/VIC.
National director Leon Alaban said both will focus on growing the hotels and pubs offering across NSW and Victoria, and these strategic appointments come at a time of heightened interest in the sector.
“Savills is going from strength to strength despite a tricky climate. We are thrilled to welcome Nick and Selin to the fold. Their extensive experience in the Metro & Regional sales sector in NSW and VIC will only strengthen our client offering which comprises investment sales, lease negotiation, rental review, valuation, asset management and greenfield & development assets.

These appointments follow the internal promotions in August of Tony Bargwanna and Leon Alaban to national director – hotels, seeing the national Savills hotel team increase market share through one of the toughest global pandemics ever seen.
