INDEPENDENT property advisory Charter Keck Cramer has appointed Anthony Mylott to the role of director of valuations based in Sydney.
Charter’s head of NSW Bennett Wulff said Mylott is a highly respected valuation specialist with extensive experience providing valuation and advisory services to some of Australia’s largest landlords and financiers, and all jurisdictions of government.
He has held senior leadership positions at Colliers, Lloyds International and DTZ.
“We are delighted to have Anthony join Charter. His appointment further strengthens our NSW valuations leadership team and our clients will benefit enormously from his sector expertise across the key investment asset classes of industrial and commercial office,” he added.
