STONEBRIDGE Property Group has appointed former CBRE agent Dylan Kilner as manager in the Melbourne city fringe market.
He has over 12 years’ experience, starting in valuations before successfully transitioning into sales approximately five years ago.

His appointment comes as the city fringe market is expected to be highly active in 2021, given the quality locations and current trends of many businesses electing not to base themselves in the CBD.
Kilner said the city fringe is fast becoming the greater CBD.
“Well serviced by transport amenity and dotted with Melbourne’s best cafes & restaurant it is attracting a lot attention from investors, owner occupiers and developers. With these diverse buyer profiles, we need to approach each listing with a fresh view and ensure every property is being positioned strategically to the market.” Kilner concluded.
