AGENTS Dawkins Occhiuto has appointed office and strata specialist Tim Grant to the role of director.
Grant joins from Knight Frank where he was partner and head of the eastern office and the Victorian investment sales team. He brings over 20 years’ experience and prior to Knight Frank, spent close to 10 years at Colliers after commencing his real estate career at JLL in early 2001.
In his new role, Grant will focus on the office market as well advise clients on strata developments.
