CBRE recruited four property professionals to its Adelaide offices including former JLL executive Paul McKay to lead the commercial valuation & advisory services business.
McKay has over 17 years of valuations experience and will operate across South Australia and the Northern Territory, with a focus on institutional industrial assets and specialised assets such as petrol stations and automotive dealerships.
Andy Gibson has relocated from CBRE’s Melbourne office to establish the building depreciation & cost consultancy (BDCC) business in the state. Gibson has over 12 years of experience undertaking consultancy services for public and private sector clients, including five and a half years with CBRE’s BDCC team.
Meanwhile, Alexandra McGee has joined the firm from Savills to establish a new South Australian, advisory & transaction services – office occupier business to guide tenants with major leasing decisions, and Benjamin Challenger has joined CBRE property management in the host workplace experience services team and will new head concierge at 91 King William Street.
“While 2020 was obviously a difficult year, we’ve entered 2021 with a renewed emphasis on strengthening our platform and introducing new offerings to help our clients navigate the current market conditions,” CBRE’s senior managing director for South Australia, Alistair Laycock said.
