CONSTRUCTION and property development company Aland has strengthened its leadership team two significant new hires.
Property finance specialist Paul Ottaway has been appointed new funding director and former Lendlease regional development manager Ryan Lane has joined as company’s new head of development.
“We’re pleased to be welcoming Ryan and Paul – two industry heavyweights – to the leadership team, particularly at a time when we have some significant developments in the pipeline,” said Aland chief executive George Tadrosse.
Ottaway joins from investment firm Wingate, where he was executive director of property finance, for New South Wales. Prior to that, he held senior management positions with specialist property finance companies, including at Investec Bank as Queensland director of property finance.
In his new role, Lane will be responsible for leading delivery of all current and future projects.
