GLOBAL property services and tenant advisory Franklin Shanks has awarded Scott Berriman and Kyle Hutchin by promoting the duo within the Sydney office.
With over 25 years’ experience, Berriman specialises in CBD office markets and is his new role as director, will now focus on national and international corporates across multiple Australian markets.
Also promoted to director, Hutchin continues to actively transact across Australia and New Zealand and beyond, working with a growing core client base of fast-growing startups and scaleups.
Co-founder Mike Franklin said both promotions were well deserved and comes at a time when the business continues to expand its presence across global markets and pursue new sectors.
“Both Scott and Kyle have a proven track record of successfully applying key growth strategies across a number of sectors, and their overall experience in both corporate real estate and other industries is a huge asset to the business,” he added.
Franklin Shanks has also appointed Badier Kubis as managing director of Franklin Shanks Project Management, Ross Chaplin as associate director and specialist of the Not-for-Profit sector along with Jaymie Rowland as associate director heading up the retail solutions business.
