CBRE is expanding its engineering and technical services specialisation within the Pacific region with the acquisition of specialist ICE Technical Maintenance Services.
CBRE Group, Inc. has acquired the Sydney-based commercial property facilities and technical maintenance services provider, ICE, within its Global Workplace Solutions (GWS).
Ice currently has 120,000sqf under their management across the east coast of Australia and provides on-site and mobile technical mechanical and electrical maintenance, as well as project services.
“This acquisition further enables CBRE to respond to market demand for integrated facilities management services. It enhances our engineering and technical services capability in key geographies across the Pacific region, providing clients with a truly end-to-end solution,” said Emma Forster Mitrovski, senior managing director at CBRE GWS Pacific.
The company is reported as having expertise in HVAC, cooling and heating system installations, upgrades, refurbishments and replacements, lighting & electrical installations & maintenance, as well as energy efficiency & sustainability services.
