THE office of Valuer General Victoria has appointed former Australian Property Institute Victorian president Aldo Galante in the role of specialist valuer.
Galante has been appointed to the role of specialist valuer, commercial with responsibility to undertaking internal valuations on behalf of the Victorian government.
He brings over 35 years’ experience and will manage a team of eight valuers concentrating on commercial transactions within the Melbourne CBD and city fringe.
Galante joins from Gorman Kelly where was agency director and prior to that, he was the former owner and director of O’Briens Valuers and Property Consultants.
Galante is a Fellow of the API and has served as the institute’s Victorian president.
