FOLLOWING 39 years with JLL, senior director in Victoria David Bowden has announced his retirement.
Bowden is recognised nationally as one of Australia’s leading office market experts. Since joining the agency in 1981, David has held a number of roles including national head of office leasing and more recently was Victoria’s managing director for 6.5 years.
JLL Australia CEO Stephen Conry said, “David has made a significant contribution to JLL and the property industry.
“In 1988, he established our Glen Waverley office in Melbourne – a business and market which remains a key part of our national platform.
“David’s impressive career with JLL also included his appointment as International Director in 2000,” he added.
Managing director of Victoria, Craig Shute added, “We congratulate David on a magnificent career. It has been a pleasure working with him and we wish him well for his retirement.”
