MIRVAC has appointed as Courtenay Smith CFO to replace Shane Gannon.
Smith joins from Lendlease, bringing over 21-years’ experience, where she was recently CFO, Property Australia. She has worked in senior finance roles within Lendlease’s Property Development, Construction and Investment sectors in Australia, Asia, the United Kingdom and the United States. She is a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance from University of Technology Sydney.

Courtenay is an experienced finance executive with a strong background in the property sector and is well regarded for her skills across the areas of strategy, finance, operations and transformation.
