MAXCAP has appointed David Oudshoorn to the role of state director, NSW.
He has more than 15 years’ experience and joins from Qualitas where he was a senior director with responsibility for driving their debt and equity business in NSW. Prior to that, he held senior roles within ANZ’s institutional property group in Sydney and Melbourne along with a number of years at Royal Bank of Scotland in London.
In this role, he will spearhead the future growth of the NSW and ACT business and will be primarily responsible for the origination and execution of structured real estate finance deals and developing relationships with borrowers, in addition to supporting capital raising activity with both private and institutional investor clients.
