KNIGHT Frank has appointed Lisa Atkins as the new head of asset management services.
Atkins will replace Linda Rudd, who will leave Knight Frank later this month after eight years with the business to join fund manager Realside.
Atkins will return to Knight Frank after a short time with Dexus. She started her career with Knight Frank in June 2013 holding several senior positions ranging from director of the ISPT portfolio to general manager of the Rialto building in the Melbourne CBD.
Knight Frank Australia CEO Rod Leaver said Atkins brings extensive experience to the agency.
“Lisa’s values, capabilities and qualities align completely with Knight Frank as she remains focused on delivering the best outcome for our clients while also building strong internal collaborative teams.
“Asset management is a very important part of our business and has grown significantly with many key appointments and renewals due to our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.” Leaver said.
Atkins said she was looking forward to resuming her career at Knight Frank.
“I have held a variety of senior roles at Knight Frank and I am now looking forward to stepping into this leadership role where I will again be working with a great group of people as we continue to deliver best of-industry solutions for our clients,” she concluded.
